Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys the "detective work" of reconciling complex accounts? We are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team and manage the heartbeat of our financial operations. This is not just a data-entry role; you will be a key player in maintaining our global vendor relationships and ensuring our high standards compliance.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

1. Revenue Management & Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Daily Cash Application: Post all incoming payments (ACH, Wire, Check, and Credit Card) with high precision to ensure real-time cash visibility.
  
  
• Account Reconciliation: Perform "detective work" on customer accounts to ensure payments match specific invoices, particularly for complex, multi-part orders.
  
  
• Strategic Collections: Proactively contact customers regarding past-due balances. The goal is to maintain a "partnership" tone that aligns with the company’s customer service guarantee while securing payment.
  
  

2. Expenditure & Vendor Relations (AP)

• Three-Way Matching: Code and post vendor invoices, ensuring they align perfectly with Purchase Orders (POs) and physical inventory received by the warehouse.
  
  
• Global Liaison: Act as the point of contact for international suppliers to resolve billing discrepancies or retrieve missing documentation.
  
  
• Disbursements: Assist in the preparation and execution of weekly check runs and electronic payment batches.
  
  

3. Compliance & Financial Integrity

• Audit Readiness: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems strictly compliant with ISO9001:2015 and AS9120:2016 standards.
  
  
• General Ledger Support: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
  
  
• Month-End Support: Assist the Accounting Manager with closing procedures and the generation of basic financial reports.
