Are you a detail-oriented numbers person looking to plant roots with a stable, local manufacturer? Our client in Bucks County is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their lean and mean finance team. This is a temp-to-hire position, meaning we are looking for someone who wants to turn a great job into a long-term career.

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

AP Invoice Entry

• Approve variances to policy limit.
• Manage 1099 reporting
• Process vendor Invoices and returns.
• Maintain vendor records and files.
• Weekly vendor check writing and electronic payment processing.
• Online bill retrieval and payment.

AR processing

• Daily electronic and check receipts application to customer accounts.
• Approve credits and deductions to policy limit.
• Process daily customer billing.
• Maintain customer records and files.
• Retrieve customer credit reports and credit reference requests.
• Customer collections

Accounting

• General ledger Journal entry
• Bank statement and general ledger account reconciliation
• Some month-end close and annual financial audit support

Other task

• Daily and weekly operational reports
• Online banking
• Interact with multiple departments
• Light phone
• Related functions and responsibilities as required.
