The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a "Swiss Army Knife" of AR—someone who understands that construction billing is an art form and that collections require proactive communication, not just automated emails.

• Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle AR (Construction & PE backgrounds are a huge plus).
  
  
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in NetSuite (Required), QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Salesforce, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs).
  
  
• Lien Savvy: Multi-state lien experience (covering 14 states) is highly preferred.
  
  
• Project Mindset: Comfortable handling 50+ new project entries daily and managing complex invoicing (lump sum vs. progressive billing).
