We are looking for a Technical Service Coordinator to join our team and act as the vital link between our US-based customers and our Field Service Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Logistics: Direct all in-field service scheduling by communicating with customers daily via phone and email.
- Documentation Management: Collect and verify customer documentation to ensure efficient on-site service delivery.
- System Integrity: Enter and maintain service contracts in our SAP/CRM system to track purchased and completed services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and Field Technicians to coordinate weekly schedules and ensure full coverage.
- Process orders and payments for services, generate invoices, and assist the Accounts Receivable team with billing reconciliation.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in client customer service or dispatch-related roles.
- Education: High School Diploma or Associate degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/SAP) is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain a professional tone in all interactions.

· Enter and maintain contracts in SAP/CRM to ensure accurate tracking of all services purchased and completed.
· Collaborate closely with Business Development Representative to support customer satisfaction and resolve service-related inquiries.
· Coordinate weekly schedules with field technicians to ensure proper coverage and timely service delivery.
· Process orders and payments for on‑site services and generate invoices upon service completion.
· Support the Accounts Receivable team by assisting with reconciliation and resolving customer billing or collection issues.
