Responsibilities
- Building Relationships: Greeting customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Educating Clients: Sharing your expertise on our products, services, and unique capabilities.
- Order Management: Taking and entering orders, processing payments, and providing detailed quotes.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the production team to ensure jobs move through the process smoothly—this includes "all hands on deck" help with production when needed.
