The Purchase Order (PO) Processor is responsible for managing the step-by-step process of requesting a PO number, submitting invoices for payment, and tracking the status of these requests. This includes filling out the necessary forms, uploading contracts as backup, and ensuring invoices are submitted correctly.  Must be able to work Hybrid.  This position is part time 20 - 30  hours a week.   Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years of full cycle purchase order processing experience
• Must have intermediate to advanced technical skills 
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Excellent customer support skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

salary: $30 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• PO Request Process: Manage the step-by-step process of requesting a PO number, submitting invoices for payment, and tracking the status of these requests. This includes filling out the necessary forms, uploading contracts as backup, and ensuring invoices are submitted correctly.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to new team members. Assist new processors understand the procedures and offer assistance throughout the process.
• Tool Management: Manage and troubleshoot issues with the PO tool or tracker. Ensure that processed lines are correctly updated and address any discrepancies that arise.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors to ensure that they have a purchase order before any work is done. This helps in avoiding compliance issues and ensures smooth processing of invoices by Accounts Payable.
