- Process and manage high-volume information received via phone, email, and chat, ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries across the globe, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Precisely input customer information, claims, and inventory data into the company’s internal ERP system (full training provided).
- Create and manage various documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel), ensuring spreadsheets and correspondence meet professional standards.
- Conduct thorough research to support data requests and take the initiative to follow up with the inventory team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a diligent note-taker for the team to ensure no detail is missed regarding international orders or shipping tracking.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage a meticulously organized tracking system for timely mail delivery.
- Must be fluent in English, with Spanish a plus.
- Punctuality is a core value of this team.
- High School Diploma required.
- Comfortable with basic math and have functional knowledge of Excel.
- You stay calm and collected when dealing with different time zones, various client locations, and technical inquiries.

- Work closely with the Inventory Team to track product availability and input customer information/claims into the company’s ERP system (training provided).
- Create and manage documents using Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel), maintaining a meticulously organized filing system.
- Conduct thorough research to support data requests, don't just wait for answers, take the initiative to ask questions and follow up.
- Act as a diligent note-taker to ensure all client and inventory details are recorded correctly.
