Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and track comprehensive project plans that align with corporate objectives and provider contract requirements.
- Identify necessary skill sets and negotiate for internal and external resources to ensure projects are staffed for high-quality delivery.
- Develop and track budgets, operating plans, and financial cost forecasts to ensure the project meets all defined financial goals.
- Proactively evaluate project risks, develop robust contingency plans, and manage escalation processes to keep stakeholders informed and timelines secure.
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management. (Healthcare industry experience highly perferred.)
- Prior experience with provider contract implementations or health insurance operations.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. (Remote)
- Contract role with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business requirements.
- Fully remote position with devices provided by employer
