Responsibilities
As a Performance Coach, you are the bridge between talent and excellence. Your day-to-day will involve:
- On-the-Floor Coaching: Observe and mentor talent in real-time to reinforce safe work behaviors and correct performance gaps.
- Safety Stewardship: Be the eyes and ears on the ground. Ensure everyone is wearing proper PPE and proactively report safety hazards to keep the team injury-free.
- Strategic Insights: Partner with site management to provide feedback on talent skill sets and the "real world" challenges faced on the floor.
- Operational Support: Assist the Randstad Site Managers with administrative tasks and process execution to keep the account running like a well-oiled machine.
