- Five years of experience in high-volume customer service or manufacturing

Responsibilities
- Manage the full order lifecycle from initial entry to final delivery
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure accurate shipping timelines
- Provide proactive status updates to keep clients informed and engaged
- Handle returns, credits, and order modifications with precision
- Maintain organized digital and physical departmental records
- Turn complex technical inquiries into clear, actionable solutions
- Generate accurate project quotes in collaboration with engineering and sales
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for customers across internal departments
- Resolve client concerns with professional poise and efficient problem-solving
- Consult with quality and technical teams to address specialized product needs
