In this position, you’ll engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls, build relationships, and help identify solutions that meet their needs. Beyond the phone, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate account records, processing documentation, and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently and correctly.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers who need to upgrade their credit card machines (approx. 30 per day)
- Receive inbound calls (in a queue, especially closer to deadline)
- Explain the urgency and need for equipment upgrades
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate replacement machines
- Route complex or unrelated product questions to their Relationship Manager
- Call existing customers from lead lists
- Pitch and explain need for terminal upgrades
- Create urgency while maintaining professional customer service
- Follow up on leads and “double tap” outreach when needed
- Handle back-to-back calls (especially closer to deadline)
- Answer questions about:
- Equipment options
- Billing/fees
- Upgrade process
- Guide customers through purchase decisions
- Redirect unrelated product questions to appropriate teams
