Our client is is in a period of hyper-growth. We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager who can transform a high-performing group of individuals into a scalable, data-driven sales engine. You will be responsible for building the playbooks, coaching the talent, and ensuring our internal sales operations keep pace with our manufacturing output.  Rental Equipment Experience Desirable.   Phenomenal benefits after 30 days start time frame! 

salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Scaling: Develop and implement scalable sales processes, from lead qualification to final closing, to support a 2x-5x increase in volume.
  
  
• Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a growing team of Inside Sales Reps. You aren't just managing—you’re coaching them on technical selling and grit.
  
  
• Pipeline Management: Monitor team KPIs (conversion rates, quote turnaround time, average order value) and provide accurate forecasting to the executive team.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the "glue" between Sales, Production, and Engineering. You will ensure that what we sell is actually what we can manufacture and ship on time.
  
  
• Tool Optimization: Lead the implementation or optimization of our CRM and sales tech stack to automate manual tasks.
