Role Overview Are you a detail-oriented project leader who thrives in highly regulated environments? We are seeking a Business Project Manager to serve as a Change Owner for mission-critical Product Lifecycle activities. You will manage multidimensional projects—specifically product discontinuations and transitions—ensuring they are executed within defined timelines and strict Quality guidelines.
Your Day-to-Day Impact Change Ownership & Project Governance
- Drive the Change Plan: Lead the setup and completion of Change Plans (CP) for Key Product Life Cycle activities. Own the process from initial scope to final board approval.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Operations Brand Managers and Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to identify critical timing, supply chain impacts, and regulatory requirements.
- Meeting Orchestration: Lead Project Planning meetings, assign task owners, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
- Documentation Excellence: Populate and manage documentation within the Quality System (SolTRAQs) ensuring 100% compliance with QCM guidelines.
- SAP Management: Manage the status of SAP codes (A0–A5) and coordinate with Master Data Management to ensure timely system updates.
- Data Integrity: Utilize SAP capabilities to extract and manage MARC table information and SAP Grids.
- Stakeholder Influence: Present Change Plans to the Change Review Board (CRB), addressing technical questions and escalating "at risk" projects to protect target timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a roadmap of improvement opportunities (automation, templates, step elimination) and execute initiatives to drive process efficiency.
- Education: BS degree OR 4–8 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 1–6 years managing non-IT business projects through the full project life cycle.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Quality Systems (SolTRAQs) and SAP (Master Data) is highly helpful.
- Soft Skills: Assertive communication, independent decision-making, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Follow the Quality guideline (QCM01-01-001-G001) and serve as the “Change Owner” and drive both the set-up and completion of the Change Plans for Key Product Life Cycle activity. (i.e. product discontinuations)
• Work with the Operations Brand Managers and the full Cross Functional Team (CFT) to identify all critical information needed for the Change Plan (CP) (timing, full scope, specific product information, name of the Supply Chain Planner, etc.)
• Set up Project Planning meetings, invite key areas listed in the guideline (and know who to contact for the meeting)
• During the meeting(s)
o Discuss the key topics listed in the Quality guideline (scope, timing, impact to sites/affiliates….)
o Request action items (information needed to populate the Change Plan and tasks) from the core Cross Functional Team (CFT) and follow up if they do not provide the information
