Responsibilities

• Real-Time Mentorship: Drive excellence through active "On-the-Floor" coaching, observing talent in real-time to reinforce peak performance and bridge skill gaps.
• Safety Stewardship: Act as our frontline eyes and ears, ensuring 100% PPE compliance and proactively reporting hazards to keep our team injury-free.
• Operational Execution: Master the logistics by managing Day 1 check-ins, tracking attendance, and assisting Site Managers with critical administrative processes.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with site management to provide "real-world" insights from the floor, helping to shape talent strategy and overcome operational challenges.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Lead engaging site tours for candidates, showcasing our environment and setting the standard for what it means to work with the best.
• Workforce Advocacy: Empower our talent to love what they do by fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and constant improvement.
