Core Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Provide high-volume, complex calendaring support for multiple leaders across various time zones.
- Travel & Expenses: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports in alignment with company policy.
- Communication: Interface with leaders to understand business priorities and apply them to daily scheduling and time management.
- Coordination: Partner with other administrative staff to organize meetings and sync schedules.
- Time Management: Offer proactive recommendations to leaders regarding daily and weekly schedules.
- Team Coverage: Provide short-term backup support for other team members as required by workload.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support to 3 or more executives.
- Functional Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing calendars, travel, and expenses for 3 or more executives.
- Technical Proficiency: Professional experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ticketing systems.
- Task Prioritization: Experience managing multiple tasks and activities within a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance: Experience applying company policies and practices to determine appropriate actions and maintain discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A BA/BS degree is preferred.
