The Impact You Will Make As our Production Planner, you will take ownership of the workflow to maximize efficiency and eliminate delays. You will:

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: At least 2 years in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in ERP systems, production software, and MS Office (especially Excel).
  
  
• Analytical Mindset: An ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and quality metrics to make informed decisions.
  
  
• Interpersonal Strength: A team-oriented approach with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
