Responsibilities
- Drive strategic talent priorities for assigned functions; build partnerships with business leaders and HR
- Lead end-to-end search strategy, assessment, candidate management, and offers
- Manage 25+ requisitions based on volume and role complexity
- Analyze labor market trends, workforce data, and employment brand insights to shape sourcing strategy
- Partner with leaders on short- and long-term hiring needs; advise on effective selection and competitive offers
- Collaborate with Sourcing/Talent Attraction teams to build proactive, diverse pipelines
- Nurture passive talent networks; represent the company at job fairs, campus, and community events
- Evaluate candidates, deliver qualified diverse slates, and lead offer discussions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and federal, state, and local employment laws
- Prepare interview guides, facilitate debriefs, maintain documentation, reporting metrics, and accurate records
- Provide clear, executive-ready communication and share insights across TA and HR
