Position Scope As the first point of contact, you will manage day-to-day inquiries and collaborate across departments to resolve issues timely. You will play a key role in identifying client trends, sharing insights with peers to improve departmental processes, and teaching clients how to leverage internal technology platforms to reduce manual intervention.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least one year of finance experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and the ability to adapt to new internal systems.
- Core Competencies: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of core service delivery functions (e.g., AP Services).

Responsibilities
- Inquiry Management: Review and proactively respond to client and internal inquiries daily; provide filtering and escalation to Senior CSRs as necessary.
- Issue Resolution: Work effectively with internal departments to support client requests, deliverables, and complex issue resolution.
- Client Engagement: Meet with client contacts regularly to review pending items; prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze inquiry trends to determine if client training or automation is required to improve efficiency.
- Reporting: Execute reviews of internal reporting and reconciliations for assigned relationships, escalating any risks to client service levels.
- Platform Mastery: Stay abreast of and utilize internal technology solutions to manage and escalate inquiries effectively.
- Client Training: Coordinate regular demos and training sessions to teach clients how to use our platforms to reduce manual intervention.
- Product Enhancements: Work with Supervisors to communicate new product features and enhancements to the client base.
- Data Security: Identify opportunities to reduce the transmission of sensitive information and ensure strict attention to detail in all correspondence.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to all firm policies, best practices, and risk-control standards.
- Internal Collaboration: Participate in internal networking events, townhalls, and firm-wide communications to stay aligned with organizational activities.
