Duration: 3–4 Weeks | Hours: 20 per week (Mon–Fri)
Join our Franklin-based team for a high-priority 4-week project! We are looking for a sharp, reliable individual to support our Transportation Department with a focused data and research initiative. If you are a pro at Excel, enjoy web-based research, and have a professional phone manner, this is the perfect short-term hit for you.
The Schedule (Choose your block):
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4 hours per day, Monday through Friday)
- Web Research: Navigating carrier websites to source and verify logistics information.
- Data Entry: Accurately populating and organizing findings into Microsoft Excel.
- Carrier Outreach: Making professional outbound calls to carriers to confirm data points (training provided!).
- Systems Experience: High comfort level using Excel and navigating various online platforms.
- Communication: Clear, professional phone etiquette.
- Location: Must be able to work in-office in Franklin, MA and available for an immediate in-person interview.
