You will be dedicated to supporting recruiters by managing the full lifecycle of entry-level production hiring, from initial phone screens to navigating the nuances of site-specific assessment processes. This is a "heavy-admin plus" role: we need someone with the organizational muscle to manage complex tracking and the people skills to engage candidates effectively.
How You Will Impact the Team
- High-Volume Execution: Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews for production roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent for multiple site locations.
- Assessment Mastery: Coordinate and facilitate pre-employment assessments, managing the unique process variations across different facilities.
- Strategic Support: Partner with Senior Recruiters to implement sourcing strategies and maintain flawless data integrity within our ATS and Excel trackers.
- Candidate Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every applicant receives timely updates and a professional experience.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain recruiting metrics, participate in process improvement projects, and provide guidance to junior coordinators.
- Experience: 1–3 years of talent acquisition coordination or recruiting experience, specifically in high-volume or industrial environments.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel and Outlook skills are essential).
- Adaptability: The ability to manage site-specific nuances and varying assessment workflows without breaking a sweat.
- Communication: verbal and written skills; you should feel comfortable and confident on the phone with entry-level candidates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Travel: A willingness to travel for occasional site visits, recruiting events, or training as required.
