The Opportunity: Impact & Growth In this full-time role, you aren’t just managing a database; you are architecting the data that drives strategic decisions. You will:
- Own the System: Navigate backend objects, permissions, and configurations to optimize workflows.
- Drive Data Integrity: Execute system imports and perform routine audits to ensure our organizational data is flawless.
- Deliver Insights: Design and execute complex queries and reports (Business Objects) to support strategic planning.
- Support the Team: Act as the Tier I JIRA support expert, resolving issues for managers and employees across North America.
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on HRIS execution (SuccessFactors preferred; ADP or similar system experience welcomed).
- Excel Mastery: Advanced skills are a must—you should be comfortable with complex data summaries and analysis.
- Agility: A background in fast-paced, high-volume environments where accuracy is non-negotiable.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Business Objects or JIRA is a major plus.
