- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with large-scale databases (SAP or Oracle experience is a major plus).
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to maintain high output without sacrificing quality (50+ WPM).
- Manufacturing Savvy: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing office environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Enter and update high-volume alphanumeric data from source documents (e.g., work orders, invoices, bills of lading) into the company database
- Audit and verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting discrepancies and resolving missing information by collaborating with team leads
- Maintain digital records for parts, materials, and finished goods; assist with cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing) to verify order details or clarify data inconsistencies
