In this heavy data-entry role, you are the final line of defense, ensuring engineering designs translate perfectly into our ERP system.
The Impact
- Quality Gatekeeper: Perform rigorous audits of engineer-submitted work to catch missed version updates, missing specs, or wrong information.
- ERP Ownership: Lead project setup, Bill of Materials (BOM) processing, and part number entry (manufactured and purchased).
- Data Lifecycle: Manage long-lead releases and revisions, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Workflow Mastery: Maintain engineering SOPs and track mechanical project timelines.
- Operational Link: Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve data discrepancies.
- Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience in a mechanical/manufacturing engineering department.
- Technical Skill: Proven ability to read and interpret complex mechanical assembly drawings.
- Systems: 2+ years of hands-on ERP data management experience.
- Mindset: A meticulous "editor's eye" for detail; you catch the errors others miss.
