Education: An Associate degree in Electronics, Avionics, or a related field is required.

Experience: Proven experience as an electronics technician, preferably in the aviation industry.

Certifications: Relevant certification, such as an FAA A&P License or ESA Certification, is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and repair electronic equipment and systems, which includes avionics, communication devices, and navigation systems.
- Testing & Calibration: Perform testing and calibration of electronic components and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, utilizing schematics, manuals, and technical documentation for effective troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and calibration activities. Prepare detailed reports on system performance and any issues encountered.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve existing systems and processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends related to aviation electronics.
