Are you a meticulous and skilled Soldering Technician with a passion for precision? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team, building the cutting-edge PCB boards that power our advanced machine assembly equipment.
What You'll Do:
As a Soldering Technician, you'll be at the heart of our production process, responsible for:
- Performing fine-pitch soldering and de-soldering of surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate component placement.
- Identifying and correcting soldering defects, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Operating and maintaining soldering equipment, including soldering irons, hot air guns, and rework stations.
- Conducting quality inspections of completed boards to verify proper assembly and functionality.
- Collaborating with our engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Proven experience as a Soldering Technician, with an emphasis on fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering.
- Proficiency in using various soldering tools and equipment.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- IPC certification (J-STD-001) is a significant plus!
