What You’ll Do:
- Inspect and pressure test parts and assemblies
- Label and record inspections in ERP and Excel
- Use hand metrology tools for quality checks
- Produce inspection reports
- Maintain quality logs and records
- Assess returned products before repair
- Raise non-conformance reports
- Support quality checks in production areas
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience with metrology tools
- Comfort using Excel and ERP systems (training provided)
- Able to stand for 6–8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs
- At least 1 year of relevant experience

Responsibilities

- Inspect and process bladders during production and assembly
- Label inspected parts and update ERP and Excel logs
- Perform buddy checks in engineering, molding, and assembly
- Use hand metrology tools for inspections
- Produce inspection reports, including first article inspections
- Maintain quality logs for serial numbers and viscosity
- Assess returned products before repair or recertification
- Raise non-conformance reports for suppliers and internal issues
- Record daily inspection activities
- Escalate quality issues as needed
- Score product quality for improvement tracking
