Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing equipment, such as digital presses, variable data printers, and finishing machines, to produce high-quality printed materials
  
  
• Review and prepare digital files for printing, ensuring they meet specifications, and troubleshoot any potential issues related to file formats, resolution, and color accuracy
  
  
• Set up and calibrate the digital press, adjusting settings for various paper types, sizes, and finishing requirements, to achieve optimal print quality and consistency
  
  
• Conduct frequent quality checks during production runs, ensuring that prints meet or exceed industry and client-specific standards, while addressing any potential defects or inconsistencies promptly
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on digital printing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components, to ensure continuous and reliable operation
  
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of printing materials and chemicals, to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible work environment
  
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with the digital printing equipment, performing minor repairs or seeking assistance from technical support when necessary
