We are seeking a Janitorial Specialist to join our team . The ideal candidate should have experiencemaintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within the office building. This role involves performing a variety of routine and detail-oriented cleaning tasks to ensure all areas of the facility are kept in excellent condition. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

salary: $17 - $18.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for all basic cleaning of our office building – Monday through Friday.
 Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming,
dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
 Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing
fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile
floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
 Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
 Keep appliances clean and sanitary (e.g., microwaves, refrigerator, toaster oven)
 Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
 Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
 Routinely performs heavier cleaning such as thorough cleaning of inside of windows, blinds,
and tile.
 Performs additional duties as needed.
