- Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, motors, filters, heaters, valves, and chlorinators
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot plumbing and electrical systems related to pool equipment
- Test water chemistry and make proper chemical adjustments
- Perform inspections of pool systems and suggest preventative maintenance
- Document work performed and maintain service records
- Communicate with customers about repair needs, timelines, and preventive tips
- Travel to customer sites using company vehicle

Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on a wide range of pool equipment, including pumps & motors, filters, lights, chlorinators, timers, automated pool systems, electrical equipment, and water chemistry. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of repair and installation projects.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working on pool equipment.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in pool equipment repair and maintenance.
