What You’ll Do:

• Install and calibrate boiler systems and electromechanical components
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, motors, valves, sensors, and control systems
  
  
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using multimeters, voltage testers, and schematics
  
  
• Document maintenance activities and generate reports
  
  
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
  
  
• Travel locally (up to 2x/week) using a company-provided vehicle
  
  

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Boiler Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role
  
  
• Hands-on knowledge of electromechanical systems, including motors, actuators, and PLCs

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes
  
  
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Install and Calibrate Equipment
  
  
  • Set up new electromechanical systems and make sure they're properly calibrated and running to spec.
    
    
• Perform Routine Maintenance
  
  
  • Keep boilers and related equipment in good working condition by performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks.
    
    
• Troubleshoot Issues
  
  
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using tools like multimeters and voltage testers.
    
    
  • Identify root causes and repair equipment quickly to minimize downtime.
    
    
• Repair and Replace Parts
  
  
  • Replace faulty motors, valves, sensors, or electrical components as needed.
    
    
  • Make sure repairs are done safely and correctly.
    
    
• Follow Safety Procedures
  
  
  • Always wear proper PPE and follow OSHA and company safety rules when working with equipment.
    
    
• Document Work
  
  
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work, including dates, parts used, and any problems found.
    
    
• Conduct Quality Checks
  
  
  • Test equipment after repairs to make sure everything is running correctly and efficiently.
    
    
• Support Field Work
  
  
  • Occasionally travel (up to 2 times per week) to customer sites or other locations using a company vehicle.
