We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to run our Flexo Folder Gluer press as part of our high-performance production team. The ideal candidate has experience in corrugated packaging, a strong mechanical aptitude, and thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first manufacturing environment.

salary: $19 - $25 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

 Operate and monitor the Flexo Folder Gluer machine to produce quality
corrugated packaging products.
 Set up and make adjustments to ensure accurate cutting, printing, and slotting
according to job specifications.
 Perform quality checks, including measurements, color registration, and box
integrity, to meet or exceed standards.

 Troubleshoot machine issues, perform basic maintenance, and communicate
with maintenance personnel as needed.
 Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and minimize downtime.
 Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and maintain a clean and
organized work area.
 Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
 Assist with training new team members as needed.



The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
