Responsibilities
- Oversee material flow and part delivery from localized stock zones to production cells
- Prepare box containers, dividers, and finished good pallets for line operations
- Support line set-up for shift changes and mold transitions
- Conduct first-piece approvals to verify product quality
- Monitor production targets and changeovers for efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and organized
- Train operators on processes, products, and safety protocols
- Support incident investigations and help maintain safety compliance
- Communicate KPIs and expectations clearly to production team members
- Identify and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement
