We are seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician for the Triad Area. If you have your IICRC WRT Certification this is a plus with this role. Xactimate experience is also a plus! This is an 8-5 role where you will rotate your on call every other week. Responsibilities

• Supervising and Leading Teams: Overseeing technicians, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow on job sites. 
• Damage Assessment and Mitigation Planning: Conducting thorough assessments of damage and developing effective mitigation plans. 
• Water Damage Restoration: Performing water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and demolition work. 
• Mold Remediation: Leading and executing mold removal and remediation tasks. 
• Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration: Handling fire and smoke damage restoration, including deodorization and pack-out services. 
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operating and maintaining drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration tools. 
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including moisture readings, photos, and other relevant data. 
• Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and company policies on job sites. 
• Communication and Customer Service: Communicating effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members. 
• Emergency Response: Participating in on-call rotations and responding to emergency situations. 
• Training and Mentoring: Training and mentoring junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. 

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
