Position Summary
The Maintenance Operations Leader oversees maintenance programs, vehicle fleet operations, and technical training initiatives across multiple facilities. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technology skills to ensure all maintenance activities are compliant, efficient, and aligned with university standards.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of maintenance teams, contractors, and support staff across multiple sites.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings, grounds, and vehicle fleets.
- Manage scheduling, work order processing, and reporting through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), including ISIS Pro, TMA, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-site teams.
- Demonstrated expertise with CMMS platforms (ISIS Pro, TMA, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
