Schedule: 5pm-5am OR 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule - 3-day weekend every other weekend!
Salary: $85,000 - $86,000 (plus overtime!)
Knowledge and skill requirements:
- College degree in a manufacturing related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all personnel levels.
- Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures and ensure clear communication of them.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work on multiple tasks.
- Ability to make supervisory-level decisions.
- Ability to handle disciplinary actions and proper documentation.
- Must have a basic knowledge of technical machinery or process equipment.
- Must understand lubrication, sanitation, change-over, KPIs, new products, PM process.
- Must take ownership of a work center(s) in a WCM role

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for key aspects of the integrated manufacturing process. This position also has an overall business responsibility.
Principal Accountabilities include Safety, Production and Packaging of product, Interviewing, Hiring, Developing, Documentation, Identifying Best Practices, Maintaining Line Performances, Line Maintenance, Quality Control and Assurance, Delegation and Work Coordination in a Cold/Freezer Environment.
