Mold Technician We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Mold Technician to join our team. As a Mold Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various molds and dies used in our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality parts and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and Modification:
Constructing new molds and dies from detailed drawings and specifications, as well as modifying existing ones based on performance feedback or design changes.
- Machine Operation:
Setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and other machinery to fabricate mold components.
- Precision Machining:
Utilizing precision measuring instruments and tools to ensure all mold components meet strict tolerances.
- Assembly and Finishing:
Assembling mold components, ensuring proper fit and function, and performing final finishing operations like polishing.
- Quality Control:
Inspecting finished molds for accuracy and making necessary adjustments to ensure they meet design specifications.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
Identifying and resolving issues with molds, including repairing damaged components or modifying designs.
- Maintenance:
Performing preventative maintenance on molds to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.
- Collaboration:
Working closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure molds meet project requirements.
- Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols related to mold making and machine operation.
