- 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and systems
- Experience using ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, etc.)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations
- Ensure all inbound/outbound shipments are verified, documented, and processed accurately
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using ERP or WMS systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and customer service teams
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates
