Responsibilities
Administer and resolve all technical and electrical maintenance issues
Build and troubleshoot industrial control systems including writing simple Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) logic
Install and terminate industrial machine connections
Install and maintain all electrical components and systems including electronic sensors, motors, drives and PLC systems
Read electrical schematics, blueprints, sketches, layouts, circuit diagrams
Run conduit and pull wires
Minor plumbing duties
Perform regular audit on all safety control programs
Collaborate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity of all plant programs
Evaluate all production activities by inspecting plant machines and equipment
Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures, maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all
employees
Utilize problem solving techniques to resolve complex manufacturing problems and introduces innovative solutions
Facilitates professional development by conducting on-the-job training of other technicians and needed assessments
Communicate with all aspects of the operations, from Managers to plant personnel
