Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Verify parts against documentation and identify any discrepancies, damages, or shortages
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 standards
- Reject and return nonconforming materials and document all findings
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis for outgoing shipments
- Log inspection results and input data into quality databases
- Calibrate inspection tools and record calibration and maintenance activities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company procedures and safety protocols
- Minimum 3 years of inspection experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical inspection methods
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience with FAI and quality documentation
- IPC-610 certification is a plus
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a high-volume setting
- Must be a u.s. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR compliance)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
The Inspector will receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy and
ensure they match the accompanying documentation. Record, log and sort received items. Verify
and document any discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Conduct visual and measurement tests
and reject and return unacceptable materials. Prepare Certificates of Analysis for customer
shipments. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and
waste and input data into quality database. Regularly calibrate tools and equipment to ensure
accuracy and reliability in measurements following industry standards. Record calibration results,
adjustments and necessary repairs to maintain compliance with quality standards. Maintain safe and
healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
