Randstad is hiring a Office & Warehouse Coordinator in Brunswick, GA! This is a full-time, on-site role offering a unique blend of administrative and hands-on responsibilities. You’ll manage emails, pull and quote orders, handle invoicing and filing, assist with shipping by creating and wrapping pallets, and support general warehouse tasks. Occasional forklift use may be required (certification is a plus but not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. This position starts ASAP and runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch. If you're reliable, tech-savvy, and enjoy a mix of office and warehouse work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer emails
  
  
• Pull customer orders and quote pricing
  
  
• Handle invoicing and file A/P and customer documents
  
  
• Assist with shipping: create and wrap pallets
  
  
• Perform general warehouse tasks (light-duty, organizing, etc.)
  
  
• Operate a forklift occasionally (certification a plus, not required)
  
  
• Use Microsoft Office and CounterPoint software
  
  
• Maintain organized records and support day-to-day office tasks
  
  
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers
  
  
• Adapt to both administrative and hands-on responsibilities as needed
