- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
- Disassemble, inspect, and replace machine parts as needed.

- Learn and become cross-trained in all areas of machine maintenance, manufacturing, and assembly.

Responsibilities
Performs routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs using the help and direction of the
maintenance staff, Supervisor, and manuals. This includes electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic,
and pneumatic systems. Facilities maintenance will also be a part of the job responsibilities.
Trouble shoots, repairs, aligns, calibrates, inspects, and tests a variety of production systems and
equipment.
Disassembles machines and parts and adjusts, repairs, or replaces defective parts and materials.
Maintains appropriate maintenance and repairs logs.
Learns all aspects of machine maintenance and becomes cross-trained in all areas of
manufacturing and assembly.
Requisition of parts to be handled through the maintenance team.
Abide by and support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the current needs of
the company and the requirements of the department.
Ability to communicate in verbal and written form clearly and intelligently.
Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours a shift.
Ability to climb up and down ladders.
Ability to push and pull items.
