We’re looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be essential in maintaining and repairing the mechanical and electrical systems that power our state-of-the-art food and beverage packaging lines.
salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM

Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, maintain, and repair machinery used in production and packaging processes.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues on assigned equipment and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections, documenting findings and completing work orders accurately.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and work collaboratively to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Install and maintain electrical systems, including low and high-voltage circuits, motor controls, and PLC systems.
- Support inventory management by assisting in tracking and organizing repair supplies and spare parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Warehouse, and Quality to meet operational goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, efficiency, and process optimization.
- Comply with all SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and other food safety and quality policies and procedures.
- Report any potential safety or food safety concerns to supervisors or designated personnel.
