Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment) to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as required to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production runs and quality checks.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
