We're looking for a Reach Truck Operator to expertly handle materials in our fast-paced warehouse. You'll be crucial in safely operating reach trucks for high-level storage, precise narrow-aisle navigation, and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks for moving, loading, unloading, and stacking materials.
  
  
• Perform high-level storage and retrieval, ensuring accurate inventory rotation.
  
  
• Navigate narrow aisles with precision.
  
  
• Support order fulfillment and prepare shipments.
  
  
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues.
  
  
• Adhere strictly to all safety and OSHA regulations.
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and use RF scanners.
  
  
• Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck safely to move, load, unload, and stack materials in high-level racking systems and narrow aisles.
  
  
• Manage inventory by accurately storing and retrieving pallets, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
  
  
• Support order fulfillment by locating and moving stock for picking and preparing shipments.
  
  
• Load and unload trailers and containers.
  
  
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
  
  
• Strictly adhere to all safety and OSHA regulations.
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movement.
  
  
• Collaborate with warehouse teams.
  
  
• Handle pallets and utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
