Responsibilities
- Accountable for the execution of the production plan which includes the technical requirements in the molding work cell; specifically: Set-up and start-up of molding jobs and auxiliary equipment, Molding Parameters, Water Diagrams, Materials
- Training and development of employees who operate our equipment and assembly processes. Consistently achieve the end production results of safety, quality, and quantity
- Provides training and instruction to employees to increase their value and results.
