salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Gerber and Sabre CNC routers to cut and fabricate parts from acrylic and aluminum.
  
  
• Safely load and unload large sheet materials onto the router table, utilizing a forklift as needed for palletized stock.
  
  
• Load and configure job programs using production software (Composer, Omega, ArtPath).
  
  
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation.
  
  
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders to ensure parts meet precise specifications.
  
  
• Operate DSC printing equipment as a key part of the production workflow.
  
  
• Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet company and client standards.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator; experience with routers, plasma cutters, or lasers is highly relevant.
  
  
• Mechanical aptitude and demonstrated problem-solving skills, with an ability to diagnose issues on machinery.
  
  
• Proficiency with CAD software and one or more of the following: Composer, Omega, or ArtPath.
  
  
• Direct experience with DSC printing processes.
  
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects.
  
  
• Physically capable of lifting and positioning materials up to 50 lbs.
  
  
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
