3rd shift production supervisor.

A leading manufacturing facility in the DFW area is seeking a third shift experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations, drive performance, and lead a team on the production floor. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a company that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 10:30 PM - 7 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate production team members
  
  
• Monitor daily performance (OEE, scrap, downtime, quality)
  
  
• Ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations
  
  
• Manage schedules, labor planning, and staffing in coordination with HR
  
  
• Drive Lean/6S practices and visual workplace standards
  
  
• Oversee shift payroll, breaks, and time-off scheduling
  
  
• Communicate shift priorities and handoffs across teams
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience
  
  
• Familiar with manufacturing metrics (OEE, quality, safety)
  
  
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Mattec/Oracle a plus
  
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret safety/production documentation
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
