Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including but not limited to CNC machinery, robotics, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using schematics, diagrams, and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, ammeters) to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective repair solutions.
- Execute precision alignments, calibrations, and adjustments on machinery components to maintain product quality, reduce waste, and extend equipment lifespan.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations while documenting maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance for historical tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
