Position Summary:
As a Refrigeration Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various refrigeration units, including ice machines, make tables, and walk-in coolers and freezers. Your work will consistently adhere to our company's high standards, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality, reliable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system failures.
- Work efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime for our customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with clients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional conduct and quality workmanship.
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician, specifically with commercial ice machines, make tables, and walk-in coolers/freezers.
- Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and controls.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a service route efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Relevant EPA certifications are required.

Responsibilities
- Restaurant equipment repair experience a plus
- Must be proficient in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Refrigeration systems
- Ability to complete approved repairs, improvements, maintenance, or installations within industry standards
- Able to perform maintenance, service and trouble shoot Refrigeration equipment
- Must be driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
- The technician will be responsible for accurately troubleshooting and repairing system needs
- Customer service skills required to communicate effectively with customers
- Clean equipment/work area and complete all paperwork required by management
- Maintain truck inventory, while keeping assigned service vehicle organized and clean
