Responsibilities
Duties
- Enter QA documentation into internal systems (batch records, testing logs, audits)
- Maintain electronic and paper records for compliance and traceability
- Support the QA team with inventory tracking, data entry, and sample management
- Assist with organizing and filing regulatory and safety documents
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare lab equipment
- Label and organize lab samples
- Record and report test results accurately to QA leadership
- Support continuous improvement and product integrity initiatives
- Test all samples in a timely manner and log the resultant data accurately
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing environment
- Previous administrative or clerical experience required (preferably in a production or manufacturing setting)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems
- High attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Willingness to be trained on lab and QA processes

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
